    • Once Polly has provided trip-related information, refunds will not be issued, as this content is part of her intellectual property.

  3. Intellectual Property Rights:

    • The itinerary, tips, and insights shared by Polly are her exclusive intellectual property and must not be distributed, replicated, or used for any other purpose without prior permission.

  4. Participant Responsibility:

    • Travelers are accountable for their own vehicles, securing travel insurance, and adhering to local regulations throughout the trip.

  5. Health and Safety Considerations:

    • Participants should ensure they are fit to travel. Any health concerns should be disclosed before the trip.

  6. Liability Disclaimer:

    • Polly and the event organizers will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages to personal belongings during the trip.

  7. Itinerary Modifications:

    • Polly reserves the right to adjust the itinerary as needed, with advance notice provided for significant changes.

  8. Social Media Consent:

  • By participating, attendees consent to being photographed and filmed for social media. These images may be shared among participants and used for promotional purposes under the "Frenchgeneraltrading" brand.

Cancellations and Returns

At Frenchgeneraltrading, we strive to create a fair and positive experience for both customers and vendors. Our Terms of Sale are designed to ensure transparency and fairness in every transaction.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You may cancel your order from the time of purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item. This means that if you change your mind or decide not to proceed with the purchase, you may notify us and request a refund.

Exceptions apply to the following non-refundable items:

  • Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order items.

If an order is canceled after dispatch, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy

EU-based consumers may return an item within 14 days of receiving it OR notifying Frenchgeneraltrading of their intention to return it, whichever occurs first.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order goods.

Refunds exclude outbound shipping costs unless the item was damaged during transit or inaccurately described in the listing.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless Frenchgeneraltrading determines the item was misrepresented or damaged in transit.

Please ensure you measure access points before purchasing large furniture, as we are not liable if an item does not fit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you a confirmation. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
